This property on Tolladine Road, Worcester, was originally fitted with low-cost plastic cladding that offered no insulation. We were tasked with replacing it using a modern insulated render system. The old cladding was removed, exposing the original timber studs, which we insulated both between and over.
A cement-based carrier board was then installed, followed by a high-quality silicone render system in an off-white finish. The result is a dramatic improvement in the home’s thermal performance and a refreshed, modern appearance.
