The owners of this luxury holiday home, located in the picturesque Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester, are based in London. The brief was to address the property’s fading and discoloured cedar cladding, which had left the three-year-old home looking dull and tired. We carefully removed all balconies, fixtures, and fittings to ensure the cladding could be removed without causing any damage.
Next, we installed a new render carrier board, followed by a solar- and algae-repellent, pre-coloured silicone render. The result is a stunning, fresh, “new build” appearance that will stand the test of time.
