We had an enquiry from the customer asking if we could thermally improve the building whilst sympathetically re-rendering using fully breathable natural materials.
Our solution is to remove all of the old cement render that was locking in moisture causing interstitial condensation allowing the building to breathe again before applying wood fibre insulation panel followed by several layers of reinforced lime render and silicate paint.
To finish we also formed and fitted all the architectural detailing.
