External Wall Insulation – The Rugg, Leominster
The owners of this property contacted us through friends for whom we had previously carried out external wall insulation in Leominster, Herefordshire. As shown in the “before” photos, the existing render was in poor condition—grubby, tired, and cracked—while the fake timber cladding was deteriorating and in need of complete refurbishment.
The property also had very little insulation, so we installed a BBA-approved external wall insulation system, finished with a pre-coloured silicone render to modernise and future-proof the house. To minimise ongoing maintenance, we decided not to re-clad with wood. Instead, we used silicone paint to replicate the look of the black beams.
The result was immaculate, transforming the house into the best-looking property on the street.
