This large Victorian townhouse on Old Branford Road, St John’s, Worcester, was in desperate need of a full restoration. Previous applications of incorrect cement-based renders had caused significant damage to the internal walls by trapping moisture and creating a cold, damp environment.
Our task was to carefully remove all the old render and install a fully breathable external wall insulation system.
We finished with a lime render coat, allowing the walls to breathe while providing a durable solution that will future-proof the property for years to come.
