This property located at Back Lane, Malvern, Worcestershire, the property suffered from severe internal damp caused by an incorrect cement-based render applied 20 years ago. WP Rendering removed all the old render, stripping it back to the brickwork.
We then applied a traditional three-coat insulating lime and cork render, enhancing the property’s breathability and insulation.
To complete the look, we added new ashlar lines and finished the render with a premium potassium glass silicate paint for a durable and elegant finish.
